The aim of the Proteomics Seminar Series is to inform the UCLA research community on the latest scientific results and experimental techniques used in the field of proteomics.  The primary goal is to increase interactions among UCLA researchers with common interests in the disparate fields of research that would benefit from proteomic methods.  These meetings are held approximately once a month and presentations are given by UCLA faculty and postdoctoral fellows, visiting faculty from other universities, and industrial scientists.  All interested researchers are strongly encouraged to attend.  A light supper is served before each presentation, which gives the attendees an opportunity to meet other scientists who are working or have interest in the field of proteomics.
